Questions
What do I need to show it on a TV?
A TV with a web browser and an internet connection — most Samsung and LG smart TVs, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, or a digital-signage player. Go to pollslide.com/tv on the TV, scan the code with your phone, pick your loop. No computer needed.
My TV has no web browser. What now?
Plug in an Amazon Fire TV Stick (about $30) and use its Silk browser. Roku and Apple TV have no browser, so they can't show LoopSlide on their own.
Do players need to download anything?
No. They scan the code with their phone camera, pick a nickname and play in the browser. No account, no app.
Can I use questions I have already made in PollSlide?
Yes. Import any poll, quiz, survey or study set as a round, and send any LoopSlide round back to any PollSlide product.
How do leaderboards reset?
You choose: every time the loop starts again, every day, every few days, or never. Players' answers are deleted automatically once their leaderboard is over.
Can players use their own language?
Yes. Each phone shows the game in the player’s language — English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese or Italian — and questions are translated automatically when you publish, with a clear “Auto-translated” label. You choose the TV’s language, or let it follow the TV.
Can Polly write my loop?
Yes. Type a topic and Polly drafts a round of questions, “Did you know?” cards and, if you want, a picture for each question. You can edit everything before it goes on a screen. Polly uses your plan’s monthly allowance.
Can I show my own ads between questions?
Yes. Sponsor cards can carry an image, GIF or muted video and a scannable code to your offer. They are always labelled as sponsored.
Can I run a contest with prizes?
Yes. Add the prize and a link to your official rules, and LoopSlide shows them to players. Winners are decided by skill and speed, and nobody ever has to buy anything to play. You are responsible for the rules of your own promotion.
